Every client has unique circumstances, needs and objectives, requiring a customized approach that goes deeper than most ‘one size fits all’ programs. I am committed to guiding each and every client to a state of deep health that leads to living a longer, fuller life.

Ironically, many of my clients don’t even realize how sick they are as they have become accustomed to living in discomfort. Clients work with me for a variety of reasons, but most typically suffer, knowingly or unknowingly, from one or more of the following symptoms:

FAQs

Is this a program of some sort?

My process is proprietary and unique based on my training combined with my personal health journey and those of my loved ones and clients. I believe every person’s health journey and circumstances are unique and require an individualized approach, so every client action plan is developed according to their specific needs, wants and goals.

Do you provide fitness/strength training?

As a Certified Nutritional Health Practitioner, my work with clients is focused on gut health and the gut - brain connection. I believe that lean bodies are made in the kitchen and strengthened in the gym. While I do highly encourage movement and strategize ideal movement options with my clients, my primary focus is on the areas of life affecting the gut (food, stress, sleep, etc).

What makes your services unique?

First, my approach is primarily food-based and unique to each person. We get to the root cause of any symptoms and provide a detailed roadmap to recovery. Lastly, rather than trying to be all things to all people, we go deep into nutrition, literally getting into your pantry and recipes tailored to your needs and tastes to set you up for success.

How long is a typical client engagement?

Because every client engagement is customized, there is no ‘one-size fits all’ engagement or timeframe. That said, most of my clients are well on their way to managing their own gut health in 3-4 months. Some will need less and others may need more.
