Hi, I’m Christina Sargent.

My earliest memories as a child are sitting around the dinner table sharing an authentic meal with my Italian and Portuguese family. I learned as a young girl how to express my love through a home cooked meal. Early in my professional career, I had the privilege of launching a specialty food market with my family, consisting of freshly prepared foods, catering services, a cafe and the region’s first cooking school. Food is such a big part of who I am.

Nearly 20 years ago, I developed unpleasant reactions to food that impacted my life daily. I didn’t know what was going on. I had always been a healthy eater so I was both confused and frustrated. On a regular basis, I experienced chronic stomach aches, bloating, abdominal pain, and fatigue. I even developed hives that began to appear all over my body. I did what most people would do…sought traditional healthcare methods such as doctor’s appointments and various testing, only to receive a diagnosis that is no diagnosis at all…an undetermined autoimmune disease. I had to take things into my own hands.

I began exploring a number of alternative healthcare options and found my kitchen cabinets full of vitamin supplements and tinctures. While I did experience some improvement, particularly from the hives, most of my symptoms never resolved. I finally found a series of blood tests that revealed exactly what was going on the past two decades. Receiving this specific data helps me develop a detailed roadmap and a clear approach to restoring my gut health once and for all. Becoming a Certified Nutrition Practitioner and experiencing my own successful health journey has been life-changing! I now live a symptom-free life and I get to share this knowledge and guidance with others.

My Proven Four Phase Process

    In this initial phase, we will gather data, establish a baseline, determine the root cause of your symptoms, set goals and priorities, discuss strategies and agree on a plan.

  • Make Adjustments

    Now that we know what we need to do, we’re going to set you up for success for meal prep with the proper pantry/kitchen setup, ingredient alternatives, strategies for eating out, and ideas for movement. We will also deal with stress, sleep and recovery, while identifying and removing obstacles and creating solutions.

  • Finding Your Groove

    Taking it to the next level in this pivotal phase, we’re going to fine tune your eating habits and meal prep, make minor tweaks and begin to establish a new lifestyle with ongoing support, coaching, guidance and encouragement.

  • A New Normal

    In this final phase, we are going to begin to reintroduce foods from your sensitivity list while we monitor your health and course correct when necessary. It’s time to start living your best life, full of energy, mental clarity and of course, symptom free!
